Goodstuff Work: L.A. County Environmental Education Campaign

Goodstuff just launched creative for the brand new “Streets to the Sea Challenge,” a cool new initiative from Generation Earth,  L.A. County’s teen environmental education program.

The initiative leverages the marketing and media savvy of today’s teens, to put them in charge of educating their peers about litter and stormwater pollution issues in Los Angeles County.

Students are encouraged to develop a social marketing campaign in their school focusing on specific school issues, using events, print materials, web and what have you to get the word out. A jury of teachers and marketing professionals will choose the best campaigns, and the winners will get awesome recognition and a free field trip.

Goodstuff created the name and graphic vibe for the initiative, designed mailers, posters and flyers, and updated the GenerationEarth website to highlight the new program.
